First of all, we hope that all of you, and your loved ones, are safe. Welcoming hospitality, honest services and a personal approach have always been our top priorities. Our guests is our top priority. People are more important, as well as our peace of mind. Sometimes, just dreaming about being free is the most important part of a holiday, nowadays of our whole life. We have so many journeys ahead of us. Thus, we would like to introduce a flexible policy, adapting our approach in response to the corona virus pandemic.

- No fee will be charged and the 20% deposit or the 100% of a prepaid accommodation cost can be fully refunded, in cases where our guests request it.
- For our guests interested in rescheduling options until October 11th, 2020, do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. We will be at your disposal helping you amend your travel plans and adjust, as necessary, offering you a free number of alterations -provided that there is availability for the new dates-. Domestic travelling is also included.

- Due to the unprecedented time we all try to navigate in and the uncertainty it carries for the next few months, we would like to inform you that we will follow the policy presented above for these reservations too, in case there are new governmental or travel restrictions resulting to our temporary closure. Until then, please be patient. We will stay in touch, as always, to share more details and updates as long as we have them.
Please note that in case of non-show or last minute cancellations, guests will be still charged with the 100% of the accommodation cost. All of us will be asked to adapt to a new reality. We are thoughtful, we are flexible, we are sensible and we kindly ask you to think the same way about us, too.
For our guests interested in refunds, we would like to reassure you that you will all get them, when requested. We would only, kindly, ask you to be patient and allow us to settle them within a couple of weeks after your confirmed request.
In case there is need to postpone our 2020 opening -currently planned for 20/5/2020-, we will let you know as soon as possible. Hopefully before May 1st, 2020.
For the time being (data provided on 27/3/2020), Skiathos island remains corona virus case free and we are liaising closely with the authorities while following the World Health Organization (WHO) for updates to ensure the safety of all partners and guests. At the moment, caution is the only sensible course of action. We follow the advice given, we stay optimistic and we prepare for the next day with flexibility and understanding, promising that we will continue to deliver the level of service you expect.
Hospitality industry is built on bringing people together. We will all get through this unfortunate time together and we hope to meet each other again the soonest possible!
